Zur kompetenten Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort Sie als engagierte/n Customer Scientific & Technical Support Specialist im Bereich Clinical Diagnostic mit Fokus auf Immunhämatologie (w/m/d) in unbefristeter Anstellung am Standort Feldkirchen bei München.

 

Unser Customer Technical Support (CTS) ist für den Kundenservice unserer Life Science sowie Diagnostik Produkte zuständig. Als CTS-Spezialist sind Sie direkte(r) Ansprechpartner(in) für Produktreklamationen und Produktanfragen unserer Kunden aus Diagnostik- und Krankenhauslaboren, Universitäten, Biotechnologie- und Pharmaindustrie sowie aus Forschungseinrichtungen.

 

Was Sie bewirken:

  • Sie sind erste(r) Ansprechpartner(in) bei Kundenanfragen und -beschwerden, insbesondere in Zentraleuropa (Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz) sowie aushilfsweise im Rest von Europa 
  • Sie reagieren auf Telefonanrufe, E-Mails und Anfragen auf technische und wissenschaftliche Fragestellungen 
  • Sie identifizieren die Probleme, erarbeiten und bieten Lösungen an und leiten Maßnahmen für die gesamte Bio-Rad Immunhämatologie Produktpalette ab 
  • Sie bieten den Kunden Remote-Unterstützung, sowie die Implementierung von Remote-Lösungen an 
  • Bei Bedarf leiten sie die Fälle an die verschiedenen Außendienstmitarbeiter/-innen oder dem Support der Produktion weiter 
  • Sie dokumentieren und verfolgen Ihre Aktivitäten in unserem CRM-System gemäß unseren SOPs und Richtlinien
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Team zur Einteilung des technischen Services, dem technischen Außendienst selbst sowie mit der Abteilung „Verkauf und Applikation“ zusammen 

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Sie haben eine Ausbildung zur/zum MT (bevorzugt Spezialisierung im Laboratoriumsmedizin bzw. TA mit gleichwertiger Erfahrung) oder ein naturwissenschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, z.B. ein universitärer Bachelor oder Masterabschluss in Biologie oder ähnlicher Fachbereich
  • Durch Berufserfahrung in einem diagnostischen Labor, bringen sie idealerweise ein fundiertes Wissen im Gebiet der Immunhämatologie mit
  • Sie zeigen sich sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise mit einem CRM-System
  • Sie besitzen verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise besitzen sie bereits Kenntnisse in der Kundenbetreuung
  • Vorzugsweise haben sie bereits Erfahrung in einem regulierten Umfeld
  • Sie sind fasziniert von anwendungstechnischen Problemen und präsentieren immer schnell gute Lösungen
  • Sie sind gerne ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Sie zeigen sich organisiert und teamorientiert in der Arbeitsweise
