Corporate Trainer

 

To be a leader in any industry, you need to have a well-trained team. At UWM, home to the #1 wholesale lender in the nation, UWM, that’s where you come in. You’ll be part of the Support Training Team that’s responsible for team member onboarding, such as life of a loan training, team building activities, and soft skill courses. We’re looking for a trainer who is passionate about the ins and outs of the mortgage industry, UWM’s role in the lending process, our organization and what sets us apart from our competition. You’ll be ultimately responsible for the course’s design, development and facilitation and also the maintenance of all materials for the course. The main focus for this role will be in facilitating trainings for the areas of the organization we support as well as identifying additional needs and working closely with those areas of the business.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Facilitating onboarding, soft skill, technical, mortgage, and culture-related continuous improvement courses, escape rooms, and team-building activities/events for the areas of business we support
  • Providing a high-level overview of the mortgage industry, its structure, and the players involved in creating and maintaining learning successes within the classroom
  • Being an ambassador for our company culture, pillars, and dedication to training all new team members
  • Partnering with Training Team leaders and team members to identify and fulfill training needs
  • Coordinating with various UWM teams to help enroll, register, and track the attendance of current team members in various courses
  • Collaborating with Training Coordinators and Instructional Designers regarding updating materials as well as solidifying necessary resources for training
  • Updating and revising materials for courses with new information and content as needed
  • Contributing to the team with ideas and ways to make content and courses better
