RBT- Registered Behavior Technician-

As a Registered Behavior Technician at Vibrant ABA, your core responsibilities will include providing individualized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You'll be expected to develop and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with your clients under the supervision of a BCBA, implement prescribed ABA therapy programs, and collect and document important data to communicate with the behavior analyst. Your role will also involve collaboration with team members and upholding professional relationships with clients and their families.
