Vio.com believes travel is the one thing that opens minds to new ideas, cultures, and ways of thinking. Our mission is to get every traveler the best accommodation deal, worldwide. From adventure travel and backpacking to honeymoons and family vacations, we genuinely care so that every traveler can make the best-informed accommodation choice at the absolute best conditions for every trip.

Are you a hands-on Product Manager with a background in complex technical products looking for your next challenge? Do you believe mastering data is key to building an incredible product, passionate about building a backend platform that powers millions of users and decisively impacts their experience?

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Meta group and lead key cross-team initiatives that power the core systems at Vio.com. You will play a central role in shaping and executing initiatives that span infrastructure, data, and machine learning — owning products that are deeply technical, API-based, and data-driven. These initiatives have a direct impact on both our internal teams and end-user experience and are essential to scaling our platform with speed and reliability.

As a Product Manager in the Meta group, you will work closely with engineers, analysts, and other product managers across multiple teams, driving alignment and clarity in highly complex spaces. You will be hands-on in using data to shape the roadmap, define outcomes, and ensure we’re always building the right thing.

What you will do:

  • Own key cross-team initiatives from definition to execution and iteration

  • Define KPIs and ensure that the product meets its goals, both quantitative and qualitative

  • Define and prioritize the roadmap for our products, aligning across multiple teams and stakeholders

  • Discover new features, define enhancements, write requirements, prioritize, and lead the squad with clear and well-articulated “what” based on an inspiring “why”

  • Translate complex, ambiguous challenges into clearly scoped initiatives that deliver concrete outcomes

  • Collaborate closely with other product managers, analysts, engineers, data scientists, and leadership to align priorities and ensure group-level strategy is translated into impactful work

  • Be a hands-on PM: dive into data, write and run SQL queries, read documentation, QA features, and debug with engineers when needed

  • Drive product decisions using data, insight, and clear rationale — not opinion or noise

  • Balance new product development with ongoing improvements and technical sustainability

  • Constantly look for ways to increase the clarity, efficiency, and impact of how cross-team work is coordinated and delivered

Who you are:

  • You preferably hold a BSc or MSc in Computer Science or another technical field or have experience as a data analyst, developer/engineer or data scientist

  • Extensive experience working for a product company in relevant roles. the most recent of which is within Product Management

  • You have experience working in high-performing cross-functional teams that have built and deployed large scale backend services and machine learning based products

  • You have a successful track record of shipping applications and services

  • You know how to work with data, utilize it, and enable your product to produce it

  • You know how to inspire, motivate, and support a team to get things done

  • You know how to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization and in a variety of contexts

  • You have experience with data-driven product development and worked according to agile methodologies, with a passion for solving problems and translating solutions into requirements that your team can execute

  • You always strive for clarity and transparency -an excellent communicator who can effectively collaborate both with engineers and business stakeholders

  • You are motivated by optimizing technology to improve the travel industry.

Why join us now?
