Product Analyst - job 12 of 47

The candidate is a motivated self-starter that can work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. He or she must be a fast learner, have good understanding of product development lifecycle.

Job Scope:

Lead and manage multiple complex deliverables with many stakeholders, often with competing priorities

Product management and promotion including ready-to-launch and ready-to-sell activities at the global level and through collaboration with the regions

Create use cases, customer stories, and product requirements to articulate desired features and functionality

Understand the requirements of operating as a payment facilitator and work with cross functional teams to ensure our processes address regulatory requirements

Outline new business requirements for the Product team to draft, collate, distribute, and deliver to the regions

Monitor day to day performance of our platforms, analyze trends, create, own the controls around network capabilities and lead initiatives that will improve customer experiences

Support and at times lead our international market expansion initiatives

Establish mechanisms to measure results, listen for lessons learned, resolve obstacles, and keep leadership appraised of metrics and value brought by digital efforts

Partner closely with UX, engineering, and business teams to design solutions that satisfy customer experience, business, and technology goals

Manage post-release feature management measurement of adoption, performance, and the need for reiterations for release in collaboration with product marketing and client success team

Lead product utilization research with clients and assess the processes clients are using to manage accounts / payments, gaps in functionality, and opportunities to enhance efficiencies

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
