In today's digital era, it is crucial to provide a unique, tailored, secure, and seamless experience to our customers. To accomplish this, we need to utilize real-time advanced decisioning. This is key for tackling large-scale challenges, ranging from real-time fraud prevention to risk assessment and segmentation. Real-time decision-making serves as the backbone of our digital strategy.

Visa is enhancing its Risk and Identity solution suite with the unified Visa Advance Decisioning Platform (VADP). This platform supports new use cases, broadens our reach across all payment types, and explores areas like cybersecurity. Offering comprehensive risk solutions for various payment methods presents promising revenue opportunities. Our goal is to integrate all risk capabilities into a single platform to accelerate the growth of transaction scoring services and pave the way for new payment risk services.

As a member of the Visa Advance Decisioning Platform (VADP) team, you will be part of a group that operates like an incubated start-up. The team takes ideas from concept to launch, utilizing Visa’s extensive global infrastructure, technology, and expertise in global payments.

As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for:

Product Development and Strategy:

  1. Understand Client Needs: Understand the needs of Visa clients, products, and services, and learn how they use the Visa Advance Decisioning Platform.
  2. Drive Product Development: Drive product development by setting the pace, prioritizing ruthlessly, and unblocking execution.
  3. Execute Platform Vision: Execute the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap of the VADP platform.
  4. Feature Writing and Prioritization: Write detailed feature requirements, create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and prioritize features to align with business goals and user needs.
  5. Innovation: Design new fraud detection methods and tools and monitor the data to build a robust fraud detection and prevention system.

Platform Design and Execution:

  1. Lead Platform Design: Lead the design and execution of the VADP Platform suite, including managing end-to-end execution.
  2. Develop Platform Capabilities: Develop high-quality, resilient, scalable, and reusable platform capabilities.
  3. Provide Business Input: Provide business input and participate in design and technology discussions.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product designers, data analysts, and engineering teams to define detailed product specifications, review technical capabilities, prioritize projects, and create & steer platform roadmap.
  5. Build Platform Capabilities: Craft platform-level capabilities that can scale rapidly to meet the demands of multiple customers, creating requirements and designing solutions in a generic, reusable manner.

Client Engagement and Leadership:

  1. Own Product Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of our product, from project scoping to execution and final delivery, including proper documentation.
  2. Present to Clients and Leadership: Present findings, results, and value propositions to clients and executive leadership.
  3. Build Intelligence Products: Build best-in-class decisioning platform using next-gen technologies that will help to make decisions like Fraud.
  4. Influence: Fostering positive relationships with colleagues and influencing across organizational boundaries in a highly matrixed and distributed organization, with clients, and partners.

Metrics and Performance Tracking:

  1. Monitor and Analyze Metrics: Define, monitor, and analyze OKRs to measure the success of the platform and make data-driven decisions.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback loops to continuously improve platform features and performance based on user feedback and data insights.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of 3 days in office will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.
