In 2021, WeMoms joined forces with Voodoo, the largest French unicorn and a global leader in mobile games. This partnership allows WeMoms to leverage Voodoo's expertise and resources while maintaining its independent spirit.

Role
  • WeMoms is looking for its new graphic designer! The role is key, the mission varied and the responsibilities important.

The graphic designer's role starts with understanding the issues of three characters in the WeMoms adventure:
  • The Moms: the most important character. These are the users of the WeMoms application and social networks. Young or expectant mothers, aged between 25 and 40, they need to feel understood, supported and visually accompanied in their maternal journey.
  • Partners: WeMoms' commercial partners are brands whose products and services are relevant to Moms, and who need visibility and impactful graphics to captivate their audience.
  • The WeMoms team: the WeMoms team has its own identity, energy and style. The art direction is the embodiment and visual signature of this identity.

Responsibilities
  • Producing engaging visual assets 🎨: creating and executing high-performance visuals in line with the product and marketing briefs of our commercial partners - banners, articles, social media games, etc. The visuals are mostly static (photos to be retouched and edited), sometimes requiring video/motion editing.
  • Designing social-first content 🎥: imagining and executing visuals adapted to each platform to maximise engagement and virality (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook...).
  • Optimising campaign performance ✨: creating high-performance visuals for advertising campaigns in collaboration with the growth and ads team, incorporating a test & learn approach.
  • Exploring new trends and formats 🔍: staying on top of design and social media trends to detect the visual levers that make a difference and deploy them in our assets.

Skills
  • Ultra creative (yes, it's a superpower)
  • Mastery of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, After Effects for motion design is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of visual trends on different digital media, use of AI tools
  • Sense of graphic storytelling : knowing how to translate an idea or emotion into images
  • Ability to adapt to brand identities and a variety of visual worlds
  • Organisation, responsiveness and priority management
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and in agile mode
  • Interest in digital and visual marketing
  • Good team spirit and infectious enthusiasm
  • Familiar with A/B testing to optimise the impact of visuals

Joining WeMoms means:
  • Enjoying a great human adventure.
  • Working with a crack team where helping each other and caring are the watchwords.
  • Making an impact on the lives of millions of women, both future and new mothers.
  • Working sometimes remotely or in great offices in the heart of Paris.
  • Learning every day and giving meaning to your job. 💫 Never get bored!

Profile
  • Degree in graphic design, visual communications or motion design
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in digital graphics in a start-up, media or agency
  • An interest in the world of parenting is a plus, but not compulsory
  • Use of AI tools for graphic design is strongly recommended
