In this role, you'll spearhead mid-market Corporate and Tax Exempt Net New sales activities, working closely with plan sponsors holding retirement plan assets ranging from $50mm to $500mm. Your primary focus will be in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions of the United States. As a Sales Director, your responsibilities will include developing strategic sales plans, enhancing relationships with core sales staff, and recommending marketing initiatives to maximize sales. You will also coordinate RFP responses and presentations, lead product training sessions, and represent Voya at regional conferences to connect with prospective clients. Ideal candidates will have 6-8 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, with strong presentation and problem-solving skills. A bachelor’s degree is required, and knowledge of financial products, particularly in institutional retirement services, is a must.
