To become an Overnight Stocker at WinCo Foods, you should be at least 18 years old, possess effective communication skills, and have a commitment to customer service. Physical fitness is also necessary since the role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged periods of standing and moving. Basic math skills and the ability to learn inventory procedures are key qualifications as well. A Food Handlers Certification may also be required in accordance with state laws.

The working schedule for an Overnight Stocker at WinCo Foods typically includes shifts between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am, covering varied nights as part of our 24/7 operation. You might also need to work on weekends and holidays, providing you with flexible work hours that fit different lifestyles.
