CRM Consultant

With Intelligence is currently seeking a motivated and skilled FolioMetrics CRM Consultant to join our team. As a FolioMetrics CRM Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored CRM solutions using our proprietary FolioMetrics CRM platform. 

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end CRM implementation process, from gathering requirements and designing customizations to overseeing system integrations and conducting user training. Your expertise in CRM strategy, system configuration, and data management will be crucial in ensuring client success and satisfaction. 

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed business requirements for CRM implementation 
  • Design and configure bespoke CRM solutions based on client needs, utilizing the FolioMetrics CRM platform 
  • Lead system integration activities, working closely with developers to ensure seamless data flow between the CRM and other systems 
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and system deployment 
  • Provide comprehensive training to end-users on CRM functionality and best practices 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer data management 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
