The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, forward-thinking FP&A Analyst who’s as comfortable crunching numbers as they are connecting the dots across our business. You’ll bring strong financial planning and modelling experience ideally ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified and thrive on turning data into insight.

But we want more than just spreadsheets. You’ll be someone excited to evolve the role: pulling data from systems like NetSuite, Hubspot, and JIRA, blending operational and commercial data in tools like PowerBI, and building out company-wide analytics that help drive real strategic decisions.

What are we looking for?

Build and maintain robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Turn numbers into narratives—deliver sharp insights into business performance for senior leadership.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting that keeps the business informed and on track.
Collaborate across departments to gather the right data and tell the full story behind the figures.
Monitor KPIs, spot trends and variances early, and flag what really matters.
Create clear, compelling presentations that make the data speak—whether for execs or the board.
Jump into ad-hoc analysis and special projects—wherever deeper insight can drive better decisions.
Is Qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA with 2–4 years in FP&A or similar roles.
Has excel wizardry and financial modelling chops.
Is comfortable pulling and blending data from systems (via APIs) into tools like PowerBI.
Strong analytical mind with a talent for problem-solving and simplifying the complex.
Great communicator who can present financials in a way that makes sense to everyone.
Experience with NetSuite is a plus—Hubspot or JIRA knowledge is a bonus.
