As part of AbbVie’s Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team, R&D Global Therapeutics is responsible for building and deploying scalable Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications and Platforms.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director, AI Platform Operations, to lead the technical platform scaling and operations of our generative AI solution for document creation.
In this role, you'll help shape the future our AI document creation platform through strategic planning and execution of a platform roadmap spanning the next 3-5 years. Your main responsibility will be expanding the platform operations from R&D to other BTS functions company-wide. This role involves overseeing system operations for robust scalability, managing development operations, and adhering to service level agreements with comprehensive metrics reporting.
You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver innovative Generative AI solutions that meet market demands. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the platform product backlog, ensuring the development team delivers high-quality features that meet user needs and business goals.
