The Associate Director will help drive commercial strategy and business operations projects across the U.S. Specialty and Therapeutic Operations business, that includes Primary Care, Anti-Infectives, Women’s Health, Gastrointestinal, Market Access, Patient Services, Digital Lab, Analytics, and Operations. Specific activities will include:
The Associate Director will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and develop strategic and operational opportunities. Hence, this position will foster positive working relationships and be highly collaborative with each franchise brand teams, Finance, Medical, R&D, , Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), and other cross franchise teams to gain input into developing strategic and operational projects. The Associate Director must demonstrate the ability to lead without authority, while building a collaborative, integrated approach across the organization
This position reports to the Director, Strategy and Operations, and will support data analytical execution, creating strong narratives on insights and communication with key stakeholders and executive leadership
