Job Description

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Steward Supervisor -Temporary, supervises and directs utility stewards and dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks, bus person and food servers with appropriate equipment for guest dining experience. Also requires cleaning of physical surroundings.

EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • BA Degree in related area
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Some work experience in stewarding required.
  • Experience directly supervising employees preferred.
  • Food and Beverage experience in related field preferred.
  • Hospitality experience preferred
