As part of the Special Events team, you’ll provide essential administrative support through June 6, 2025, making this an exciting opportunity to boost your experience in a prestigious environment. You'll be the go-to person for various tasks like answering calls, managing the Special Events email, and keeping the office running smoothly. Your help will extend to processing performance and dinner orders, confirming event guests, and assisting with logistics on-site during magnificent occasions. With high-profile galas and engaging events like young-donor evenings and board luncheons, your contribution is vital. Ideally, you’ll have a Bachelor’s Degree with about 1-2 years of event experience under your belt. Being organized, detail-oriented, and mastering communication skills will set you apart. Also, familiarity with tools like Tessitura would be a bonus! This role may require you to lift small boxes and supplies, but the real weight is the incredible experience you’ll gain. So, if you’re ready for occasional evening and weekend shifts, and can work an average of 25-40 hours per week, you could find your next adventure in the world of opera.
