In Home Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA

As an In Home Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at ABC, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of 8 FTE children on the autism spectrum, conducting initial intake and periodic assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing over 30 hours of treatment each week. You'll also guide families, collaborate with a team of therapists, and play a pivotal role in discharge and transition planning.

To be eligible for the In Home BCBA position at ABC, you must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be preparing to take the BCBA exam within a month. A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a commitment to team collaboration are also important.
