At AECOM, we’re on a mission to change the world for the better, and as an Inspector - Civil in Al Ain, UAE, you'll play a crucial role in achieving that goal. We're looking for a dedicated professional who is all about quality control and assurance in infrastructure projects. Your days will be filled with a mix of technical and administrative tasks, all aimed at ensuring the highest standards in construction work. You know your codes, standards, and project contracts inside out, and your keen eye will monitor compliance throughout the construction process. You’ll get into the nitty-gritty, verifying equipment settings, managing inspections, and ensuring all work adheres to safety measures. Communication is key, as you'll liaise closely with contractors to ensure they have all the resources they need on site. As someone with a background in civil engineering and a solid seven years of experience, especially in roads and bridges, you bring invaluable expertise to our team. You’ll maintain meticulous records, prepare comprehensive reports, and work with engineers to troubleshoot issues on-site.
