Job Description

What will a day in this role look like:

  • Lead marketing strategies for Water and Transport sectors across QLD, NT & WA to enhance brand visibility and industry engagement.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events, produce client-facing marketing materials, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Promote brand reputation by consistently communicating the company’s values and fostering client relationships.
  • Align regional marketing efforts with the global strategy, while addressing local priorities and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to bring growth campaigns to life, using creative content and marketing insights to support AECOM’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications

What are we looking for from you?

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, with 8+ years of experience in B2B or professional services marketing.
  • Proven ability to create and manage impactful marketing campaigns that boost industry recognition.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale events, awards, and conferences.
  • A sharp eye for detail, brand consistency, and crafting compelling, on-message content.
