Job Description

Then this might be the perfect role for you! & Other Stories is looking for a PR & Affiliate Coordinator to join our Brand & Marketing team at our Stockholm Atelier. 

About the Role 

As a PR & Affiliate Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving our PR and affiliate initiatives forward. Working across PR, influencer marketing, and events, you will collaborate closely with various teams, including design, sales, and external PR agencies. 

Reporting to the Global PR & Communications Manager, you will work cross-functionally to ensure our PR and affiliate strategies are executed effectively and inspiringly. 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and execute PR and influencer activities, including press send-outs, events, and influencer collaborations. 
  • Manage and develop our Scandinavian affiliate network through recruitment, activation, and follow-ups. 
  • Ensure timely delivery of samples and campaign assets to press, influencers, and showrooms globally. 
  • Coordinate events, including creating mood boards, ordering materials, and organizing photography. 
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand consistency and clear communication. 
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize future activations. 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS 

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, events, or a similar role—preferably from a PR agency or the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry. 

To thrive in this role, you should have: 

  • A degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Experience working with international markets and an understanding of different audiences and cultural nuances. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and digital marketing trends. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with analytical tools like Google Analytics is a plus. 
  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative team spirit. 
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in Kungsholmen Stockholm

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is part of our offer, approx. 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
