You will manage financials with a balanced approach for top and bottom line within assigned product portfolio in Fort Worth, TX!
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual Marketing Plans (strategy & tactics) for key brand(s)
• Identifies and leverages consumer insight to drive differentiation and growth for key brand(s)
• Evaluates research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed
• Collaborates with sales, training, market development, market access, finance, and other business units so all key stakeholders understand and are able to deliver the marketing plan
• Analyzes market data and internal data to refine segmentation and targeting; Collaborating with sales leadership to roll-out and execute
• Creates promotional messaging including sales materials, competitive messaging, professional campaign, conference presence and digital assets
• Identifies trends and develops direct to consumer strategy based on patient engagement insights; manages development of and updates to patient education materials
• Shapes and influences globally-developed HCP and patient materials to meet the market needs
• Develops and champions the knowledge, measurement and course correction/achievement of all brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Works with Business Development team to develop relationships with KOL (Key Opinion Leader) plan and for peer-to-peer programming and podium presence
• Leverages internal and external data to strengthen portfolio value proposition
• Manage A&P marketing budget while ensuring planned return on investment
• Responsible for forecasting in partnership with S&OP to ensure appropriate supply levels
• Collaborates with medical affairs and HEOR team to ensure claim development for lifecycle management
• Work with Legal and Regulatory to ensure compliant messaging and promotion
• Supports the reputation and culture of the organization, dependent on creativity, dedication, and performance-orientation and focus on achievement through collaboration and innovation (local, regional and global level impact)
