We are seeking an experienced Principal Machine Learning Engineer to be part of our foundational Machine Learning team in Berlin
Your role:
End to end role: build, deploy, and optimise ML models that deliver measurable results.
Shape and own the Machine Learning strategy to drive business impact.
Identify and unlock high-value ML opportunities.
Apply statistical thinking to ensure robust model performance.
Deeply understand data and business challenges to develop predictive solutions.
Work closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to maximise impact.
You Have:
Expertise in building, deploying, measuring, and maintaining Machine Learning models to address challenges in the adtech domain.
Strong statistical knowledge (A/B tests, probability, regression).
A combination of Python, SQL, and cloud experience is essential.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
