We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to our executive team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

  • Maintain confidential files and records with discretion

  • Assist with planning and coordination of internal and external events

  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and filing

  • Track and follow up on project deliverables and deadlines
