Also is looking for an Electrical Technician to play a hands-on role in developing and refining the next generation of our micro-mobility EV’s. Your expertise will directly impact product performance, reliability, and innovation –helping to accelerate the shift toward smarter, more sustainable transportation in cities worldwide.
What You Will Do
Join a cross-functional team focused on developing a new line of light electric vehicles.
Collaborate with the engineering team on hardware development tasks.
Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and electrical systems, including but not limited to cable harnesses, electronic assemblies, low voltage batteries, actuators, sensors, and related components.
Follow technical specifications, wiring diagrams, and instructions to accurately and efficiently assemble and install electronic and electrical systems.
Perform wiring, crimping, soldering, and other techniques to produce high-quality cable harnesses for both low and high voltage applications.
Conduct testing and measurements with appropriate tools and equipment to ensure the performance and quality of electronic and electrical systems.
Work closely with other team members, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.
Maintain lab equipment and tools, ensuring proper maintenance, storage, organization, and calibration.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including proper handling of low voltage systems.
What You Will Bring
5+ years of experience as an Electronics or Electrical Technician, or in a related field.
Familiarity with common tools used in electrical and electronics labs, including power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscopes, thermal cameras, etc.
Experience building and testing complex cable harnesses, with the ability to support engineers in harness design.
Proficiency with soldering equipment, using the correct tools and processes for various tasks.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, diagrams, and instructions with accuracy.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred: Official training in cable harness assembly (IPC/WHMA-A-620 or an equivalent from.
