The opportunity
Altruist is in the midst of an exceptional growth phase and we’re excited to hire an Asset Transfer Analyst to join our growing Operations team. As an Asset Transfer Analyst you will be a part of a team that processes incoming and outgoing ACAT and Non-ACAT transfers. The team’s goal is to provide a seamless asset transfer process for our clients and find opportunities to innovate processes to create an amazing client experience.
Your impact
- Review documentation to confirm if it's in good order
- Submit electronic and manual transfer requests and follow to completion
- Contact contra firms to resolve any blocks on completing client requests
- Assist with daily reporting
- Identify areas for innovation and process improvements
- Build relationships internally and externally to improve the client experience
What You Bring
- Experience -1+ years of experience working at a B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS organization
- Prior experience with ACATs/Non-ACATs (Preferred but not required)
- 1+ years in financial services operations
- An understanding of AML and risk mitigation rules
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Securities licenses - You studied hard and we’re excited to carry your series 7 and 63 licenses
- Technical aptitude - You’re technologically savvy and can easily get up to speed on modern tech stacks

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs) for eligible roles.
