Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Support: Assist with various tasks within your team and occasionally work independently to meet both team and organizational goals.

  • Liaison Role: Act as an internal liaison between customers and charity clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication.

  • Fundraising & Community Outreach: Help achieve fundraising targets and contribute to community outreach initiatives.

  • Progress Reporting: Report weekly (or more frequently) to the Operations Director on project status and achievements.
