As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be building products that enable our customers to localize and deliver training to all of their learners, no matter where in the world they are or what language they speak. You’ll drive the next phase of Articulate’s growth, using a collaborative and evidence-guided approach to build transformative experiences our customers love.

On the localization and enterprise workflows team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Localization product and delivering enterprise workflow value at scale. You’ll collaborate with an engaged and supportive team, working on products that have the potential to change the way the world learns. If you’re passionate about removing language and locale as a barrier to training, and empowering Learning & Development teams to deliver global training at scale, we’d love to talk to you!

What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate on vision and strategy: Work as part of an empowered product team, owning an area of the product and contributing to its overall strategic direction.
  • Deliver our roadmap: Translate the vision into actionable roadmaps. Work flexibly and iteratively with key partners in design, engineering, product marketing, data etc. to define, prioritize, implement and deliver customer value to market.
  • Lead continuous discovery: Deeply understand our users, their needs, and their pain points. Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Define and analyze key metrics: Establish clear goals and track progress towards them. Use data to measure outcomes and identify areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with go-to-market teams and cross-functional partners across the business to deliver powerful and intuitive experiences for our customers.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities across localization, AI, and Learning & Development.
  • Create visibility and alignment: Clearly communicate product strategy, roadmap updates, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, from your team to C-level executives.

What You Should Have:
  • 8+ years in product management with a background in B2B SaaS environments, and experience driving strategy for large-scale, enterprise products.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to gather and use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform hypotheses, guide strategy, make product decisions, and measure success.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience managing and influencing stakeholders, and comfort presenting to C-level executives.
  • A history of leading cross-functional teams and influencing others without direct authority, driving success through collaboration.
  • Familiarity with modern product discovery techniques, with a focus on delivering products customers love.
  • Understanding of AI and potential applications in localization and enterprise workflow management.

Nice to Haves:
  • Experience working in the localization industry, Learning & Development, EdTech, or managing training development and delivery at scale.
  • Experience launching and growing new B2B SaaS products.
