Job Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing accounts payable related activities and procedures for the organization, ensuring that all accounts are properly paid, and providing accurate and timely management reports. This individual must have attention to detail and a passion for accurate and compliant practices. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization. They will lead their team to support our customers while maintaining a collaborative fiduciary responsibility for the company.

Manage accounts payable related activities and procedures.
Ensure all accounts are properly paid.
Provide accurate and timely management reports.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

The team consists of 6 members in the AP group. The office is newly reconstructed with a casual environment where jeans are permitted. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30/5 PM. The role requires being in-office at least 4 days per week. Once up and running, remote work is allowed on either Friday or Monday, depending on when the team is at home.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
