Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Full Stack Engineer to join our team to build our next generation solutions. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will have the proven skills to independently own the full software development lifecycle, working with business analysts and project managers to understand the problem statement, and delivering quality solution. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues to construct the foundational infrastructure from the ground up and have the aptitude to learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies to build and deliver solutions.  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full software development lifecycle including, analyzing, designing, and coding business-related solutions and core architectural changes, using an Agile programming approach.

• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand problem statements and deliver quality solutions on time.

• Participate in design discussions and code reviews to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate a forward-thinking approach in context switching.

• Build positive relationships with team members, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly to achieve successful outcomes.

• Apply problem-solving skills to research and select tools, products, and frameworks that support business initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or another STEM field, or equivalent experience.

• 0-2+ years of proven hands-on, full-stack development expertise with both scripting languages (e.g., Python) and object-oriented programming languages (e.g., C++, Java).

• Proficient in working in an agile software delivery environment, with experience using Git and exposure to CI/CD tools like Github, Docker, and Jenkins.

• Experience with messaging systems across the application stack, such as Kafka.

• Strong software experience in developing and delivering full-stack cloud-based applications.

• Demonstrated ability to build and deploy microservices in a scalable high efficiency workflow.

• Passion for writing clean, maintainable code and continuously improving engineering skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
