As a GTM Engineer, you will pioneer the use of AI to reinvent and reimagine our GTM Engine. At Atlan, we're growing fast in regions around the world.   1. Leverage AI to supercharge our GTM engine - from automating workflows to delivering magical customer experiences that accelerate our growth.

  2. Become a champion for AI within the GTM team, exploring and evaluating new AI tools and techniques to enhance our GTM strategies and keep us at the forefront of innovation.

  3. Design, build, and optimise automated workflows across our marketing, sales & customer success technology stacks, with a focus on integrating and leveraging cutting-edge AI-powered tools and platforms.

  4. Build a culture of systematic experimentation - design scalable systems, implement testing frameworks, and continuously optimise our GTM motion through data-driven insights.

  5. Drive cross-functional impact - collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and customer success to understand challenges and build AI-powered solutions that scale

  3. Strong foundation in modern GTM tools, APIs, data enrichment platforms etc. Basic scripting abilities to automate workflows will be a plus.

  4. Hands-on experience with modern GTM stack including CRMs, MAPs, enrichment tools, and AI platforms, with proven ability to integrate and optimize these tools for maximum impact.

  5. Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for action, data-driven decision making, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

  6. Systems thinker who can translate business requirements into technical solutions, with experience in working backwards from ambitious targets to build scalable processes
