About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development Operations Associate to support the design, organization, and promotion of our educational programs. This role requires expertise in LMS governance, management, and deployment, along with strong capabilities in content development, instructional design, and program operationalization. You will assist in the creation, organization, and deployment of educational assets to ensure a seamless learning experience.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy learning professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about learning technologies, operational excellence, and talent development.
Role & Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update training materials, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Strong capabilities in content development, instructional design, and program operationalization.
Oversee internal customer service, ensuring smooth enrollment, assignment, and scheduling of grooming coursework, while tracking student progress to ensure timely completion.
Oversee daily operations of the learning management system (LMS), including user management, content uploads, and system troubleshooting.
Manage training registrations, track attendance, and follow up with participants as needed.
Develop and maintain training schedules, coordinating logistics for both virtual and in-person training sessions.
Drive internal marketing and branding efforts to encourage the adoption of new education initiatives and programs among key audiences.
Foster a strong learning community, particularly within the groomer population, by promoting peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
Regularly update and refresh training content to keep it aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Generate and analyze reports on learning activities, user progress, and system usage to provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
3+ of experience in Learning & Development, LMS administration, instructional design, and/or training program management, or relevant experience.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience adapting in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with company tech systems.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Grooming knowledge a plus, not requirement.
