City Assistant - Austin

The Role: As the City Assistant, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of Base Social’s day-to-day operations. This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and is comfortable interacting with people. You’ll support office administration, event logistics, and local courier tasks, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and at our events.

Your responsibilities include…

  • Office Operations: Manage administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Event Support & Guest Experience: Serve as a greeter at Base Social events, assist with check-ins, logistics, and provide on-site support.

  • Courier & Errands: Handle local deliveries, drop off event materials, and coordinate logistics between the office and event venues..
