As a Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of sales representatives and work closely with leadership to implement sales strategies, manage team performance, and achieve revenue targets. You excel at coaching and developing your team, using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement. Your leadership will help maintain a high level of motivation, ensure the team meets its goals, and foster a culture of accountability and achievement. You understand the importance of building a strong team culture and are dedicated to creating a collaborative and supportive environment, even in a remote work setup. $51,000 - $65,000 a year
Brightwheel is committed to internal pay equity and offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, equity, and benefits. Our benefits package includes premium medical, dental, and vision benefits, generous paid parental leave, a flexible paid time off policy, a monthly wellness and productivity stipend, and a Learning & Development stipend.
For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies.
In addition to equity, our annual cash compensation for this role is an annual salary range of $51,000-$65,000, with an additional variable range of $46,500-$60,000. The total on-target earnings range per year is ($97,500-$125,000) and is uncapped.
