Business Analyst II will support all of Enterprise Marketing as a floating resource based on the organization’s needs. They will assist with model building and business case development to support strategic, marketing, and customer experience recommendations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and similar data analytics tools and be able to convert their data modeling into a story to aid the business leader decision making process.
Serves as a liaison between the Business and IT to provide solution to their business needs; Understands customers# objectives, processes, and products as well as the business systems capabilities; Supports users in building business case, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, and project scope; Performs impact analysis and supports development of effort/cost estimates; Develops and documents functional specifications; Supports application testing, implementation, and training activities.
