Nurse Practitioner (NP)

As a Nurse Practitioner at our Sacramento facility, you'll conduct physical exams, manage acute and long-term medical needs, and formulate treatment plans, including prescriptions. You will be involved in various procedures like EKGs and blood draws. Additionally, education plays a major role in your work, requiring you to inform staff, participants, and caregivers about healthcare issues and treatments to ensure they receive the best possible care.

To qualify for the Nurse Practitioner position at our Sacramento office, you must hold a valid CA Nurse Practitioner license and have at least one year of experience in a geriatric setting, specifically working with frail or elderly patients. An active DEA license is also required, demonstrating your ability to manage patient care effectively.
