  • Work with internal growth & martech teams to understand end-user requirements
  • Lead the implementation & integration of marketing tools
  • Serve as super-user and product evangelist for digital tools
  • Lead user acceptance testing and address any arising issues
  • Build a cost-effective marketing support plan
  • Track and monitor technical development and build processes
  • Query and analyze complex data sets for actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams for customer segmentation frameworks
  • Ensure compliance of tools and software with internal guidelines

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar
