ClassDojo is seeking an SDR Manager who will lead and develop a team focused on optimizing outbound sales strategies and pipeline growth in the education technology sector. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact education experiences while working with a mission-driven company.

Location: Remote or San Francisco, with significant hours overlap required with one of the Americas time zones.
Compensation: $117000 - $178000 / Annually

As the SDR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our outbound sales efforts. ClassDojo takes a number of factors into consideration when determining compensation, including geographic location, experience, and skillset. This role is eligible for an incentive pay component. The estimated range below represents On Target Earnings ("OTE"), which includes both an annual base salary and target sales incentive.
CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $130,000 - $178,000 (USD)
All other states in the US: $117,000 - $160,000 (USD)
