1st Class Pipefitter

As a 1st Class Pipefitter with Craft and Technical Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include installing and repairing piping systems onboard ships and submarines. You will conduct periodic quality assurance checks, read and interpret blueprints, and assemble and fabricate ship piping systems. Additionally, you will perform welding, brazing, and cementing tasks to secure pipes and fittings according to specified standards.

To qualify for the 1st Class Pipefitter position at Craft and Technical Solutions, candidates need a minimum of 5 years of marine pipefitting experience. A solid understanding of shipbuilding and manufacturing processes is essential, as is the ability to read blueprints. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds, pass written and physical assessments, and be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
