You’ll be reaching out to engage with over 100 million employees currently benefiting from Culture Amp while representing our brand as you connect with potential customers. This position focuses heavily on outbound activity, with about 85% of your efforts spent identifying and pursuing new leads. You’ll work closely with our dedicated Account Executives, Marketing, and SDR Leaders to strategize and leverage skills in research and relationship building. From responding to inbound inquiries rapidly to deploying an array of outreach methods—like calls, emails, and social media—you will captivate prospective clients and foster their interest in our innovative employee experience solutions. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is excited to help businesses enhance employee engagement. If you have 1-3 years of B2B sales or development experience and possess strong communication and organizational skills, you may be the perfect fit for this role.
