Position Summary
A Retail Campus Recruiter is a talent advisor to business leaders hosting Retail Management interns, which is a strategic pipeline for our Store Manager in Training (SMIT) development program.
Key Responsibilities
**The ideal candidate must have the ability to work hybrid in the Chicago, IL, or Downer's Grove, IL office**
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, human resources, retail, or related operations experience
Proficient with applicant tracking systems, i.e. Workday
Willing to travel for business meetings and recruiting events within state and out of state (including plane travel)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Phenom, RippleMatch, WayUp/Yello and other similar recruiting tools
College recruitment experience preferred, ideally in IL, IN, and WI
HS diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred or equal years of working experience may be considered

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
