Open position for a Executive level Account Manager!This position will allow opportunities and room for professional growth!About Us!We aim to provide top notch electronics manufacturing and engineering services, enabling our customer to succeed in any completive landscape. Our designs and products impact numerous sectors, including aerospace, defense consumer goods, entertainment, medical, industrial, lighting, automotive, optical technology and more.Position OverviewExecutive Account Manager will execute the sales strategy for our PCBA products. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with customers in the electronics manufacturing industry.Must be able to interview in-person Garland, TXThis position is full time in-office, Monday-Friday, unless visiting customer sites.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.Qualifications• Proven experience in a sales role, specifically in PCB, PCBA, SMT, Electronic components industry sales.• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and products.• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Experience with CMS and account management is a plus.Benefits$50,000-$70,000/year base salaryCommission and base salary based on experience. .5%-3% commission (experience, prototype, order frequency, etc.)First year on target earning with commission $150,000-$300,000/year uncapped.
