The opportunity : As our new Influencer - Account Manager Assistant intern, you’ll be assisting with a variety of tasks that contribute to talent scouting, PR outreach, and overall campaign execution at Dulcedo. Your profile should reflect an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about influencer marketing. You should have a strong interest in social media, talent development, and influencer-brand collaborations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in talent recruitment, PR strategy, and campaign coordination!



Key Responsibilities:

Act as a middle man between different key stakeholders such as Talent Agents, Brands and Dulcedo Talents. 

Help maintain continuous engagement with talents and brands throughout and beyond collaborations, offering support and guidance to enhance and nurture relationships.

Support outbound PR pitching efforts by drafting outreach emails and assisting with templates.

Prepare and pack PR gifting for our talents

Assist social media strategizing for talents

Learn and assist in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) for upcoming talent partnerships.

Maintain up-to-date records of partnership tracking and performance insights.


Your profile:

Recent graduates or young professionals with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (PR, marketing, business, or communications).

Strong organizational and time management skills offering great work ethics. 

While bilingualism in French and English is considered a huge asset, it is sufficient to be fluent in English.

Passion for the creator economy and influencer marketing (Bonus if in fitness and beauty niches)

Knowledge and keen interest in social media marketing.

Understanding of the world of public relations, collaborations and sponsorships.

Strong desire to kick off a career in the world of talent management and influencer marketing.



Parameters & Perks!

Duration: 16 weeks

Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)

Compensation: While our internships are unpaid, we offer a $500 stipend upon successful completion of the 16-week program.

Full-Time Opportunity: This decision will be contingent on the successful completion of the internship, mutual agreement among all stakeholders and current hiring needs. 

Location: Hybrid work environment, allowing you to get the best of worlds!

Freestyle Fridays: Wrap up work at 2:00 PM every Friday

L’opportunité: En tant que stagiaire assistant(e) gestionnaire de comptes - influenceurs, tu contribueras à diverses missions liées à la recherche de talents, aux relations publiques et à l’exécution des campagnes chez Dulcedo. Nous recherchons une personne minutieuse, proactive et passionnée par le marketing d’influence. Tu devrais avoir un fort intérêt pour les réseaux sociaux, le développement de talents et les collaborations entre influenceurs et marques. Ce stage est une excellente occasion d’apprendre et de développer des compétences en recrutement de talents, en stratégie RP et en coordination de campagnes !


Responsabilités clés :

Agir en tant qu'intermédiaire entre les différents acteurs clés tels que les agents de talents, les marques et les talents de Dulcedo. 

Aider à maintenir un engagement continu avec les talents et les marques pendant et au-delà des collaborations, en offrant du soutien et des conseils pour améliorer et entretenir les relations.

Soutenir les efforts de relations publiques sortantes en rédigeant des emails de contact et en aidant avec les modèles de communication.

Préparer et emballer les cadeaux PR pour nos talents.

Effectuer des démarches auprès des talents potentiels, interagir avec eux sur les réseaux sociaux et recueillir des informations pour déterminer leur adéquation.

Assister à la stratégie des médias sociaux pour les talents.

Apprendre et aider à la rédaction des Déclarations de Travail (SOW) pour les partenariats de talents à venir.

Maintenir des dossiers à jour sur le suivi des partenariats et les performances des projets.


Ton profil:

Diplômés récents ou jeunes professionnels titulaires d'un diplôme de Bachelor dans un domaine lié (PR, marketing, commerce ou communication).  

Quelqu'un d'extrêmement organisé, qui gère bien son temps et démontre une superbe éthique de travail. 

Bien que le bilinguisme en français et en anglais soit considéré comme un atout majeur, l'anglais est suffisant.

Connaissance du contenu lié à la fitness et à la beauté.  

Compréhension des médias sociaux et des analyses de performance.  

Passion pour l'économie des créateurs et le marketing d'influence (un atout si dans les niches de la fitness et de la beauté).

Compréhension du monde des relations publiques, des collaborations et des partenariats.  

Désir de vouloir débuter une carrière dans la gestion de talents et le marketing d'influence.



Le stage & les avantages!

Durée : 16 semaines

Horaire : Temps plein (30-40 heures/semaine)

Rémunération : Stage non rémunéré, mais une bourse de 500$ est offerte après la réussite du programme.

Possibilité d’embauche : Une offre en fin de stage pourrait être envisagée en fonction des performances, des besoins et d’un accord mutuel.
