Daleenda is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is all about connection and collaboration, and as an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing long-term relationships with our valued clients. Your passion for understanding client goals will enable you to create strategic account plans that identify growth opportunities within existing portfolios. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of services, all while being the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback. Monitoring account performance and providing insightful reports will be key to enhancing the value we bring to clients. By proactively addressing any challenges that arise and staying informed about industry trends, you'll help pave the way for our clients' success. We're looking for someone with a minimum of three years of experience in account management, excellent communication skills, and a knack for relationship-building. Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and are comfortable using CRM software and the MS Office Suite. Proficiency in German would definitely give you an edge.
