Datassential is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead a team of 6 – 8 new business sales executives in attainment of quarterly and annual quotas. As an integral part of our continued growth, you will be responsible for providing continuous mentorship and coaching for your team, refining the sales process, becoming an industry expert in our solutions and your clients’ business, and working cross functionally within the sales, marketing, and customer experience organizations to provide a stellar experience for prospective customers.

Salary range for this role will be On Target Earnings (OTE) of $185,000-$225,000. Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

With over 8 years of experience leading high-performing B2B SaaS sales teams, preferably in industries like data insights or hospitality, you will need a solid grasp of sales best practices and excellent communication skills.
