Etsimme nyt innostunutta ja osaavaa HR Manageria 1,5 vuoden määräaikaiseen työsuhteeseen Deloitten HR Operations -tiimiin Helsinkiin!

HR Operations –managerin tehtävässä vastaat HRM ja HRIS -prosesseista, näihin liittyvistä kehityshankkeista sekä 5 henkisen HR Operations -tiimimme johtamisesta. Toimit myös tiimin lähiesihenkilönä. Roolin keskeisimmät tehtävät tulevat koostumaan HR:n ja talouden yhteisen, laajamittaisen järjestelmäkehityshankkeen parissa työskentelystä sekä jatkuvien HR Operations -toimintojemme laadukkaan ylläpidon varmistamisesta ja kehityksestä. Tehtävässäsi varmistat yhdessä sidosryhmien kanssa, että HRM & HRIS -prosessimme täyttävät lakivelvoitteet ja tukevat liiketoimintamme tarpeita sekä sujuvaa arkea.

Kehityshankkeessa pääset johtamaan HR-kokonaisuuteen liittyvien osa-alueiden eteenpäin viemistä osana projektiryhmää, ja vaikuttamaan tulevaisuuden HRIS-työskentelyyn, raportointiin ja työajanseurannan prosesseihimme. HR Operations -team leadina pääset ohjaamaan ja tukemaan viisihenkistä HR Operations -tiimiä päivittäisissä työsuhde- ja henkilöstöasioissa, prosessikehityksessä sekä sidosryhmäyhteistyössä. Työnkuvaan kuuluu kokonaisuuksien hallinnan lisäksi myös operatiivisempia tehtäviä tiimin, sekä kehityshankkeiden sujuvan toteutumisen tueksi. HR Operations -team leadina vastaat HR Operations -kokonaisuudesta ja teet tiivistä yhteistyötä HR johtajamme sekä sidosryhmiemme kanssa. HR Operations -tiimiläisten lisäksi saat tueksesi myös parinkymmenen hengen iloisen ja osaavan laajemman HR & Talent -tiimin.

Kokeneena HR-asiantuntijana (Manager) olet avainroolissa varmistamassa HR Operations -toimintojemme laadukasta ylläpitoa ja kehittämistä kohti tulevaisuuden haasteita. Sinulla on mahdollisuus tehdä todella vaikuttavaa työtä ensiluokkaisen asiantuntija- ja sidosryhmäkokemuksen mahdollistamiseksi ja HR-toimintojemme kehittämiseksi.

Pääset kehittämään osaamistasi kansainvälisessä organisaatiossa, jossa otamme huomioon yksilöt ja panostamme erityisesti palautteen antamiseen ja coachaamiseen kaikilla uratasoilla. Meillä on matala hierarkia ja työmme rakentuu asiantuntijoidemme vahvuuksien ympärille.

Haluamme mahdollistaa asiantuntijoillemme mahdollisimman joustavan työskentelyn niin ajan kuin paikankin suhteen. Työskentelemme hybridimallissa, ja tapaamme viikoittain myös paikan päällä uudella toimistollamme Ruoholahdessa. 

Pätevyydet

Sovit loistavasti joukkoomme, jos tunnet paloa työsuhdeasioihin, HR-järjestelmätyöhön sekä prosessien ja asiantuntijakokemuksen kehittämiseen. Nautit työskentelystä asiantuntijaorganisaatiossa kansainvälisessä ympäristössä ja viihdyt nopeatempoisessa ja kompleksisessa ympäristössä. Arvostamme järjestelmällistä työotettasi, kykyäsi reagoida muuttuviin tilanteisiin sekä ratkaisukeskeistä ajattelutapaasi. Lisäksi toivoisimme, että sinulla on: 

  • vähintään viiden vuoden kokemus vastaavista HR-tehtävistä (HRM & HRIS)
  • kokemusta HRIS-kehityshankkeiden toteuttamisesta (katsomme eduksi kokemuksen SuccessFactors -järjestelmästä sekä työajankirjausjärjestelmän kehitysprojekteista)
  • vahva ymmärrys ja käytännön kokemus HR-toimintojen ydinprosesseista sekä työsuhdeasioista 
  • erinomaiset viestintä- ja vuorovaikutustaidot sekä suomeksi että englanniksi 
  • aito kiinnostus ihmisiin prosessien takana ja halu tukea tiimiläistesi kasvua ja potentiaalia
  • hyvät organisointitaidot, kyky hahmottaa laajojakin kokonaisuuksia yksityiskohtien kautta sekä erinomaiset datan hallinnan ja loogisen päättelykyvyn taidot
  • soveltuva korkeakoulututkinto
  • katsomme eduksi kokemuksen esihenkilötyöstä

Are you passionate about impactful HR work and possess strong HRM & HRIS experience? Would you like to develop HR Operations in an international environment at the world's largest professional services organization? We are excited to welcome a proactive HR Manager for a 1.5-year fixed-term role in Deloitte's HR Operations team in Helsinki!
