This position is part of the Talent Operations team ensuring that all processes translated into data flows through HR technologies work seamlessly to deliver meaningful, integrated insights of talent strategy. By acting as a critical bridge between Global Business Practices while designing effective service delivery, Talent Ops enhances interconnectedness across operations (processes), technology, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Deeply understand the holistic business, organizational and talent context / needs, and help shape the roadmap for this foundational ecosystem, in conjunction with Talent strategy.
Ensure alignment with the Netflix House Program Manager to align on the roadmap and deliverable dates
Identify with policy owners, process designers, and tech teams to ensure successful UAT cycles, including planning, organizing, defining success criteria, and managing defects
Identify functional owners for their respective areas who will be accountable and responsible for their unit test scripts and collaborate with partner teams on end-to-end script creation
Ensure cross-functional collaboration for script creation, so both updated processes and systems are tested and documented together
Maintain test consistency across teams, including templates, success criteria, execution, etc.
Define defect reporting, tracking, and resolution processes
Work with functional owners to identify, prepare, and monitor testers for their areas
Provide training and continual communication for UAT (or with Subject Matter Experts to provide training)
Monitor and track UAT success; keep the Netflix House Program Manager abreast on progress, risks, and issues
E2E scripts: Partner with workstream leads to establish end-to-end test scripts with success criteria and proper sequencing
Ideal candidate expected to have:
5+ years of complex operations experience and programs/or projects management
Proven experience in delivering complex global programs and/or projects involving the HCM platform (ATS, HRIS, etc.)(experience with Workday and Eightfold is a plus).
Experience leading agile and design thinking workflows and operating methods.
Strong global and cross-functional collaboration and proven exceptional group process and facilitation skills.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills to connect the dots and share the impact of your recommendation
Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking, and analysis.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $230,000 - $530,000
