Job Description

We are looking for a Change Manager to join our team!

  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency in IT delivery, focusing on processes, methods, skills, and tools.
  • Drive change management strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Support issue resolution and ensure changes are effectively embedded into daily operations.
  • Provide data-driven insights and performance metrics to prioritize actions and monitor progress.
  • Manage the portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations, including those for C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in similar roles within the IT sector.
  • Strong background in Continuous Improvement initiatives management.
  • Expertise in Project Management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in Change Management and fostering organizational transformations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in performance metrics evaluation.
  • Experience in people and culture management within the IT sector.
  • Proficiency in French.
  • Proficiency in English.
