About This Opportunity:

We are looking for a Content Curation Specialist to support the growth and optimization of Docebo’s Content Marketplace and Content Consulting functions. In this role, you will curate a high-quality selection of courses from various content partners and publishers, ensuring that our content aligns with customer needs and industry trends.

You will evaluate eLearning courses, ensure content quality, and support the development of tailored learning pathways that enhance the learning experience for our customers. You will work closely with internal teams, including Content Consulting, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Content Partnerships, to ensure curated content remains relevant, engaging, and effective for customers. Through data-driven analysis and content evaluation, you will help shape Docebo’s learning content offerings and enhance the customer experience.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Solutions and Content Consulting and is a great opportunity for someone passionate about Learning, Content Strategy, and Digital Education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate eLearning content from Docebo’s Content Marketplace, ensuring quality, relevance, and alignment with customer needs.
  • Assist in the evaluation of courses, analyzing factors such as engagement data, learner feedback, and instructional design quality.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to map content to industry standards, skill development frameworks, and customer training needs.
  • Respond to content curation requests from customers and internal teams, helping to identify the best training solutions.
  •  Identify gaps in Docebo’s Marketplace and suggest new content to enhance Docebo’s offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date on eLearning industry trends to inform curation decisions and enhance course catalogs for customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Content Curation, eLearning, Digital Libraries, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital content libraries, and eLearning content providers is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess content quality and effectiveness.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize large amounts of content.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, data analysis tools and familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus.
  • Passion for online learning, instructional design, and educational technology.
