Doctify was launched in 2015 by Stephanie Eltz and Suman Saha, who met as trainee surgeons, to address the lack of a trusted or transparent online platform for patient reviews. While the likes of TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, and Glassdoor had enabled consumers around the world to search easily for verified feedback on products, services, and experiences, this model had yet to cut through in global healthcare.
Backed by transatlantic venture capital firm, Beringea, leading European investment funds Amadeus Capital Partners, Keen Ventures as well as investors such as Sir John Hegarty (founder of Saatchi & Saatchi), and Tom Teichmann (early investor in Lastminute.com, Notonthehighstreet.com, Made.com and Simba Sleep). As a Marketing Specialist at Doctify, you’ll be stepping into an exciting role that blends creativity with analytical thinking, perfect for someone eager to thrive in the fast-paced world of growth marketing. Working closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our freemium user base of doctors, generating marketing qualified leads, and boosting brand awareness. You’ll have the opportunity to engage and retain our existing users and customers, directly contributing to our mission of helping over 100 million patients by 2025. In this role, you’ll manage paid marketing strategies across platforms like Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Ads, execute email campaigns using HubSpot, and even support event planning from inception to execution. While you won’t need to be a design expert, your eye for aesthetics, along with your ability to communicate complex ideas simply, will greatly benefit your tasks, which also include running experiments that inform our strategies and improving workflows using AI tools.
