The Role
As a Marketing Coordinator at Dweet, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, ensuring smooth execution of digital campaigns, content creation, and brand initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence, attract new users, and drive engagement through data-driven strategies.
What You’ll Do
• Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms, ensuring engagement and consistency.
• Coordinate email marketing initiatives using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo.
• Support SEO/SEM efforts by implementing best practices and analyzing performance.
• Track and report on marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Create compelling content, from blog posts to social media captions, while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Work with internal teams (Sales, Creative, Product) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Assist in organizing events, partnerships, and promotional activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing tools.
What You Bring
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with email marketing, social media management, and SEO/SEM.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics and Excel to track performance.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
• A proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset—thriving in a fast-paced environment.
