Marketing and Sales Associate Summary:

As a Marketing and Sales Associate, you will assist our events team in bringing events from conception to completion. You’ll be directly involved in our pop-up events for one of our many clients, helping spread awareness and register new customers.

Marketing and Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup of retail-based promotional events.
  • Collaborate with event managers to generate creative ideas that make our events stand out.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Provide information about the clients' missions, values, and vision.
  • Support potential donors through the donation setup process.
  • Share success stories and marketing material with customers at events.
  • Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.

Training:

All new hires receive comprehensive training and ongoing support. We offer regular in-house product training workshops, on-site coaching during events, and provide access to networking contacts, digital calls, and regional seminars to upskill our team members throughout the year.

While experience as an events assistant isn’t required, it’s beneficial if applicants have at least one year of experience working with customers face-to-face or have engaged in volunteer work, community projects, or similar activities involving public interaction.
